Where do I start, and what do you handle?

As much or as little as you want. You can hand us the whole project and never touch it, or pull your own permit and we’ll just build.

What do I actually need, and what can I afford?

Most projects start with a first bid that’s the dream version, then permitting reality or budget narrows it from there. We’ll help you find the right combination of what you want, what you can afford, and what actually works on your site.

What is this going to cost?

For new construction, we can give you a close estimate quickly. For repairs and remodels, honest pricing means seeing what’s behind the wall first, so we estimate, bill weekly or biweekly, and document everything as we go. It’s not irresponsible to say we don’t know exactly yet. It’s irresponsible to pretend we do.

I already have my own plans. Can you work with them?

Yes. We’ll review them together and suggest tweaks to cut cost without losing what you actually want. We can also obtain plans and permits directly if you don’t have any yet, whether you’re starting from a napkin sketch or full architect drawings.

We had Zepp Construction out for seasonal roof/gutter maintenance. The roofs (house and pump house) look excellent and I am very appreciative that there wasn’t any ground mess left behind. I was fully anticipating needing to blow off at least the asphalt and sidewalks around the house when he was done, but you can’t even tell he was here other than the roofs look pristine. 🙌🏻 And the price was very fair. We will definitely utilize this seasonally for maintaining our roof and gutters.

Taylor and his crew have done numerous jobs for us over the past ten years. The crew is polite and considerate, especially when our children were small and in the way. They always clean up after themselves and finish the jobs in a timely manner. We would hire them again.
