About Us
Taylor Zepp’s first experience with construction was as a child using his father’s lumber to build tree forts. He began formally working in the industry while attending college, graduating from small side jobs to larger projects. In 2013 he founded Zepp Construction and over the next decade, he has continued to add equipment and employees. Taylor doesn’t take clients’ trust lightly; he knows that every project has a story behind it and often, that story involves years of saving or sacrificing in order to realize a dream.
A Reliable Team
One of Taylor’s first moves was putting together a team of subcontractors he could count on to do the work to his standards. Although they’re not on his payroll, each electrician, drywall technician, plumber and roofer know that they represent Zepp Construction when they’re on the job site. Having worked together for years, the group has established a working rhythm that allows them to create the greatest efficiency while maintaining high quality.

Zepp Construction is a Washington general contractor who is a value-based company focused on listening to clients’ needs, wants, and short-term and long-term goals. Once we’ve decided to move forward, we’ll have an in-person consultation to discuss pricing and explore ways to work within your budget while achieving the outcome you want. We’ll supply a quote for your review via email or in person and when the terms are mutually agreed upon, we’ll both sign a contract.
